​How Do I Place An Order?​

Just click on any of the 4 images at the bottom of the HOME page.  Those links take you to my ETSY.COM store.  No matter if you purchase at Etsy or in-store, if you do so during the 3 day trunk show, 20% goes to OPERA ROANOKE! 

 

You are welcome to purchase any items listed in the ETSY.COM store and if you have any questions, let me know!  I'd LOVE to hear from you!!!  If you are local and want to try it on, again, just let me know and I will do my best to fend off the other sacred beauty fashionistas who will be ready to pounce on just the item meant for you. :)

 

You may also send me a private message through ETSY.COM to alert me if you are local to Roanoke.  I will adjust shipping and handling costs accordingly.

 

You will also be able to lay away items costing over $100.  Our lay away policy is generally to pay 50% at time of lay away and to pay off the balance in full within 2 months.  Let me know, again, through a phone call or private message, if you will be laying away items so I can pull them from the floor as well as from the website and ETSY.COM store.

 

In-Store guests will also be the only ones to have the option to purchase from our selection of art as well as hand picked consignment items.



Payment and Shipping

We do our best to reduce costs of shipping.  The ETSY.COM store has pricing built in.  Those prices reflect the East Coast so shipping may run a bit more depending on your needs for service - as in how quickly you wish to receive your items.  I cover additional shipping up to $10 and beyond that, I let you know so we can work together to get your items to you in the best way possible.  LOCAL TO ROANOKE?  Let's talk!  I'm happy to shave off the extra costs if there is no reason to include them.  Private message me through ETSY.COM or call me at 540.632.1049


Secure Ordering & Payment Options

You will find that ETSY.COM is a secure server.  If you prefer paying directly rather than through ETSY.COM you may call me and I can issue a PayPal payment request or take your info over the phone.  Your information is safe with us!  Not only will we not fly to Paris on you - unless you insist! - we will never sell your information, emails, phone numbers, or personal details to a 3rd party.  You are most welcomed and encouraged to join our mailing list as we are pretty sure you will want to stay in touch as new things and amazing things unfold this year!  We hope you will find Sacred Beauty Boutique to be a welcoming place and a place that builds community for you as we strive not to be the formula success story.  What we are doing is highly unusual and yet, becoming the natural direction many of us feel called to go.  And again, we take your protection seriously!  If we notice a mistake, whether we made it or not, we will contact you immediately to discuss the steps we are taking to correct it in a timely manner.



Returns & Refunds

Purchases made through ETSY.COM are considered final sales... unless it just doesn't fit at all... but the level of customer service we provide is what we feel is exceptional.  We do everything we can to make sure that what you are paying for will work for you and is what you want BEFORE you pay for it and we ship it to you.  We use insured mail delivery so that if the package arrives damaged, there is a way to recoup your investment in beauty. 

 

Rarely, we will issue a refund for ETSY.COM purchases, mainly because we make sure you won't have to bother to ask for one in the first place.  Please let us know how we can serve you better.

 

The RUBY HEART COLLECTION of clothing items and jewelry only will last for these 3 days in Roanoke.  If you purchase instore and find that the item doesn't perform as expected, we will issue a store credit to you, valid for upcoming events. However, we cannot promise that items from this collection will be available beyond what you see is what there is to choose.  The value credit will be less 20% that is donated and you have 1 week to let us know you need a store credit.  Again, we strive to provide you with items that you LOVE and therefore, never would consider returning and we do highly suggest for all items reflecting a special gift price, that we go with, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.... but we want to match or exceed your expectations - therefore, if at all possible, we will take back an item or garment that simply won't work and issue you a store credit for it.  This is for unworn merchandise only.
